DreamLoop Privacy & AI Use Policy

Effective Date: July 10, 2025

DreamLoop is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparency in how your submitted materials — including music tracks, images, and descriptive inputs — are processed using artificial intelligence (AI) technologies as part of our creative service delivery.

By submitting your materials and checking the consent box, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Use of AI Tools

DreamLoop uses a range of AI platforms and creative software to generate visuals, storyboards, and cinematic effects. These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Pika Labs

  • Runway ML

  • Adobe Firefly

  • CapCut AI

  • ChatGPT (OpenAI)

  • Midjourney or DALL·E (OpenAI)

Your submitted materials — including links to music, descriptive prompts, visual references, or media files — may be uploaded to or processed through these platforms to complete your order.

These AI tools are used strictly for generating visuals or content in direct response to your submission and will never be used outside of your project without further consent.

2. Data Privacy & Storage

All submitted data is stored securely by DreamLoop using encrypted platforms (e.g., Google Drive, Gmail).
Client folders are private by default and only shared with the submitting client unless explicit consent is given to feature content publicly (e.g., on DreamLoop’s portfolio or social media).

3. Content You Submit

You affirm that you:

  • Own or have permission to use the materials you submit (music, images, etc.)

  • Understand that AI platforms used by DreamLoop may temporarily process your content on third-party servers to generate visuals or assets

DreamLoop does not sell or resell your data, track you via cookies, or use your content to train AI models.

4. Use in Portfolio or Marketing (Optional)

We do not use your project for marketing or public showcase without your additional permission. If you’d like to be featured or tagged, you may opt in after delivery.

5. Right to Withdraw Consent

You may request that we delete your files or remove AI-generated content from our records at any time by emailing: innovation@analogdetox.com
